Stuffed Peppers With Minced Meat.
This delicacy is simple to make and tastes really good. The peppers are filled with a delicious mixture of seasoned minced meat and mature cheese. In the oven, the peppers become nice and juicy and the minced meat gets even more flavor! One stuffed bell pepper contains only 9.6 g of carbohydrates. Bon appetit!
- 300 gr lean ground beef
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 100 gr tomato cubes
- 60 gr grated cheese
- 2 large red peppers

Preheat the oven to 2000C. Clean the peppers and remove the tops and seeds. Placethe peppers on a greased baking dish and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
Cut the onion intosmall pieces and crush the garlic. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil and addthe chopped onion and crushed garlic. Fry for 2 minutes, until the onionstarts to discolor. Add the minced meat and fry it until done. Thenadd the herbs and diced tomatoes and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Remove the pan fromthe heat and stir in half of the grated cheese. Fill the peppers with theminced meat mixture and garnish with a little cheese. Bake the stuffedpeppers in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve the stuffed pepperswith a fresh salad and crème fraîche. Enjoy your meal!
