Peanut Butter Balls

These peanut butter balls are super healthy! The balls are packed with good fats and are rich in fiber. The fiber ensures smooth digestion and bowel movement and, together with the unsaturated fat, helps to satisfy the appetite. You can eat the peanut butter balls for breakfast, but they are also delicious as a savory snack. It’s advisable to take a maximum of 2 balls.  I hope you will enjoy!!

  • 250 gr peanut butter
  • 160 gr linseed
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla aroma
  • 75 gr peanuts
  1. In a bowl with awhisk or spatula, mix the peanut butter, egg white powder, flaxseed and vanillaextract. Cover the mixture tightly with cling film and let it chill in thefridge for at least 1 hour. So that the peanut butter mixture can stiffen.

  2. Shape the mixture into 12 balls of about 2-3 centimeters in size with your hands and place the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Put the baking tray in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that the balls can stiffen. Roll the balls through the peanuts and serve.
