Smoothie Bowl with Blackberries, Blueberries and Almonds
This smoothie bowl is the most ideal to start your day. It is tasty, low in carbohydrates, comprises many important nutrients, and is super easy to prepare. In this recipe, you will blackberries and blueberries, but can also replace these with mango, strawberries, or your favorite fruit. It is highly recommended that you use frozen fruit for a cold smoothie.
- 150 gr Greek yogurt (10% fat)
- 100 gr Blackberries (fresh or from the freezer)
- 50 gr Blueberries (fresh or from the freezer)
- 20 gr Unsalted almonds (or almond shavings)
Place the Greek yogurt, blackberries, and blueberries in a blender and blend into a smooth, thick smoothie.
Keep a few blackberries and blueberries for garnish.
Chop the almonds roughly.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish it with the chopped almonds and reserved fruit.
