Smoothie with Blueberries and Kiwi

This is a healthy smoothie recipe with lots of antioxidants and vitamin C. Antioxidants are very vital in removing the toxins in your body. They have an anti-inflammatory and cholesterol-lowering effect and ensure a great immune system. Due to the fiber and healthy fats, this smoothie contributes to weight loss, hence it is most ideal if you are looking forward to lose extra pounds. You can take the smoothies as a low-carb breakfast or as a low-carb lunch.

  • 75 gr Blueberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 50 gr Fresh spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 150 ml Unsweetened vegetable milk (coconut or almond milk)
  • 100 ml Water
  1. Remove the skin and stone from the avocado.

  2. Remove the skin from the kiwi.

  3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth smoothie.

  4. Add extra water if necessary, until the smoothie has the right texture.
