BBQ Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce
This is a very delicious BBQ recipe for you. This salmon with honey mustard sauce is nutritious, healthy, and super tasty. It is served with grilled vegetables from the barbecue or a tasty green salad. You will definitely enjoy a low-carb dish that keeps you satiated fora long time. The healthy fats from the salmon ensure that you will not experience hunger for a long time.
If your BBQ is at the right temperature, you can enjoy this dish in 20 minutes. If you don’t have a barbeque, you can still bake the salmon fillet in a frying pan or grill pan.
- 125 gr salmon fillet
- 40 gr Greek yogurt (10% fat)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Raw honey
- Few sprigs of fresh dill
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Aluminium foil
Place the salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Fold the aluminum foil tightly so that no air can escape.
Place the salmon package on the barbecue and bake the salmon fillet for 20 minutes, until it is cooked to your liking.
To make the honey mustard sauce, put the Greek yogurt ina bowl and stir in the mustard and honey.
Place the baked salmon fillet on a plate and spoon the honey mustard sauce on top.
Finely chop the fresh dill and sprinkle over it.
Drizzle with some lemon juice (Optional)
