Smoked Chicken Salad

Salads are easy to make, have a fresh taste, and often fit well within a low-carbohydrate diet. Smoked chicken salad preparation is so easy and it’s ready within no time. All you have to fry are the bacon, but you can also buy pre-fried ones. The salad also consists of soft mozzarella balls, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and of course smoked chicken. Serving the salad with an appealing homemade yogurt mayonnaise dressing in mustard makes it a delight!

  • 100 gr salad mix
  • 150 gr smoked chicken fillet slices
  • 2 vine tomatoes
  • 100 gr bacon strips
  • 150 gr mini mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cucumber

Yogurt Mayonnaise Dressing

  • 4 tbsp whole yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  1. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into small cubes on a large cuttingboard. Then heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the bacon. Frythe bacon for about 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  2. Add the salad mix,smoked chicken and mini mozzarella balls to a large bowl. Combine them welland add the chopped vegetables and the cooled bacon cubes.

  3. Make the dressing by mixing the yogurt, mayonnaise and mustard well in abowl. Divide the salad between two plates and serve with ayoghurt-mayonnaise dressing. Enjoy your meal!
