Fresh Salad with Shrimp, Avocado and Mango

This amazing salad recipe is not only very delicious but also super easy and fast to prepare. You can prepare this salad ahead of time and take it with you to work. It only takes approximately 5 minutes to make. Buy the ingredients and put together this delicious salad in no time need.  This salad is a good addition to a low-carb. NB: The shrimp should already be cooked and peeled as indicated on the packaging from your local supermarket. You can replace the shrimp with smoked chicken fillet. Hope you like it!

  • 100 gr shrimps
  • 75 gr mango
  • 50 gr Lettuce of your choice
  • 100 gr cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  •  ½ avocado
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  1. Cut the mango and the pulp of the avocado into strips.

  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and the cucumber into cubes.

  3. Place the lettuce on a plate and spread the shrimps and chopped ingredients on top.

  4. Make a dressing with the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.

  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
