Grilled Chicken Mango Salad with Surprising Salsa

The mango and strawberries provide you with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. These are important for keeping your body healthy. Peel and stone the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes. If you are using frozen mango, then defrost it and cut into smaller cubes.
Put half of the mango in a blender and add the honey, the juice of half a lime, a good pinch of sea salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Place the chicken breast in a bowl and pour the mango puree over it. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a grill or frying pan.
Bake the chicken breasts alternately for 10-15 minutes and pour the remaining mango puree over the chicken breasts.
Finely chop the basil, cilantro and red onion to form a salsa.
Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
Put the lamb's lettuce in a large bowl.
Cut the chicken fillet into strips and place on the lamb's lettuce. Spoon the mango puree left in the frying pan onto the chicken and divide the salsa over the salad.
Coarsely chop the almonds and sprinkle them over the salad along with the strawberry and mango cubes.
Place the other half of the lime in wedges next to the chicken.
You can sprinkle some sesame seeds over the salad for extra flavor and texture.
