Here’s a low-carb milkshake for you that you’ll definitely be looking forward to drink every day! This low carb milkshake is thick, fruity and thick. You can enjoy it as a meal replacement for breakfast or as a cold snack. hope you like!

Low-carbohydrate milkshake

Imagine taking a cool low-cab milkshake on a warm spring or summer day, and that refreshing feeling! This delicious milkshake is prepared with almond milk, coconut milk, strawberries and a dash of cream. You can sweeten the milkshake with a little vanilla aroma and erythritol as I have done in this recipe. The outcome will be a delicious fresh milkshake that you will enjoy with your family!

 

  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 200 ml full-fat coconut milk
  • 100 gr fresh strawberries
  • 50 gr frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla aroma
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  1. Pour the almond milk and coconut milk into a blender. Then add the vanilla aroma, erythritol, fresh strawberries and frozen strawberries. Keep a few fresh strawberries for decoration. If you want a slightly thicker milkshake you can add a tablespoon of chia seeds

  2. Run the blender for a minute, until well blended. Pour the milkshake into a glass and enjoy!
