Many low-carbohydrate ice cream recipes have to be prepared in an ice cream maker. If you don’t have an ice cream maker since it’s expensive, there is an easy solution to make a delicious ice cream quickly. You can use a frozen fruit! If you mix frozen fruit with a little liquid in a blender, you get an ice cream with a delicious creamy texture.
- 250 gr frozen fruit of your choice
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla aroma
- Liquid stevia to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender with a crossed blade. Turn on the blender and blend until all the frozen fruit has been crushed. Serve the ice cream in two small bowls and enjoy!
